Inside Sales Engineer
Function
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will:
- Build professional customer relationships with construction and industry clients. These include heating plumbing wholesalers, installers, engineering firms, architects, contractors and maintenance firms;
- Prepare and follow up on quotes from your customers, together with field sales;
- Answer the telephone queries of your industry’s customers;
- Participate in the choice of strategy and commercial policies that will be applied in your sector;
- Provide clear and complete information to administrative staff about the files to be processed;
- Participate in trade shows, events and training;
- Together with the inside sales team, be responsible for local product management;
- You are a pivotal figure between inside and outside sales and are responsible for technical and commercial support.
Profile
- You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in industrial sciences or similar through experience. Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing installations is a plus;
- You are bilingual (NL/FR) with a good knowledge of English;
- You are proficient with Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software;
- You have good communication skills, work accurately and have an eye for detail;
- You have commercial acumen and can negotiate at any level and are stress resistant;
- you are a team player.
