As a consultant, you divide your time and attention between:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Assist clients with their improvement projects within our core knowledge domains of Quality, Safety, Environment, Process Improvement and Leadership. After analyzing customer needs &challenges, you propose adequate solutions that you co-direct and implement yourself, together with your colleagues.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide training: from your expertise and didactic skills, you will provide training, workshops, information sessions in our open training offerings and tailored to the client.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Gain, develop and share knowledge, both internally and externally, to grow into an expert in your field, with didactic and commercial flair.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Your profile and talents<\/h2>\n
    \n

    Obviously, experience as a consultant or trainer is nice to have, but it is not necessary. However, we do expect you to have a Master’s level education in your pocket, and can already look back on several years of work experience. Did you also already enjoy additional training in our core areas (prevention advisor, quality or environmental coordinator)? Totally awesome! If not, we do expect you to be able to convince us of your passion for these fields, concrete work experience in them and willingness to retrain.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In addition, you are a “people person” and a team player: transferring knowledge to others energizes you, and actively listening and empathizing with customers’ situations are your 2nd nature.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In short, you are driven, have an open mind, and combine your communicative, commercial and subject-specific talents to deliver efficient and targeted results that benefit customers, the Amelior team and yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
