Your challenge<\/h2>\n
\n

In the role as a Senior Consultant \/ Trainer Safety and Environment, you will spend 60% of your time consulting and training.<\/strong> About half of this you will provide training either at client sites or within open training programs, the remaining time you will provide customized advice. When you are not with customers or providing training, you are engaged in product development, administration, commercial work, networking, etc.<\/p>\n

Specifically, the position includes the following duties:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Within the knowledge domains of Quality, Safety and Environment , you will supervise projects at clients<\/strong>. Based on accurate analysis of customer needs\/challenges, you propose appropriate solutions that you co-direct and implement yourself.<\/li>\n
  • From your expertise and didactic skills, you provide training, workshops, information sessions<\/strong> in Amelior’s open training offerings and tailored to the client’s needs. This can be either classroom or virtual, or a mix of both. Amelior is equipped with state-of-the art virtual classrooms<\/strong> to make this possible.<\/li>\n
  • You develop <\/strong>together with your <\/strong>colleagues new innovative products<\/strong>. This involves translating concrete learning objectives into coherent lesson plans.<\/li>\n
  • Your commercial flair, your presence in professional and knowledge groups and your speaking engagements at seminars make you a point of contact for internal and external<\/strong> Amelior stakeholders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Once a week, the team meets. So you can brainstorm<\/strong> around product development and share knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Your profile and talents<\/h2>\n
    \n
      \n
    • Your higher education<\/strong> (Bachelor’s\/Master’s degree) combined with the diploma Prevention Consultant Level I or II<\/strong> and with at least five years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment and\/or as a Consultant\/Trainer.<\/li>\n
    • You are familiar with Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)<\/strong>. Passionately use these best practice models to take organizations to the next level.<\/li>\n
    • You have experience as an internal auditor<\/strong> of these management systems.<\/li>\n
    • You can present a broad knowledge<\/strong> of legislation, risk management and machine safety<\/strong>. A degree in Environmental Coordinator A or B is an additional asset.<\/li>\n
    • You are an expert<\/strong> in your field and you love to constantly challenge your expertise. You feel like sharing your knowledge<\/strong> and passionately pass it on during training sessions. You actively listen<\/strong> and can empathize with customers’ situation\/needs.<\/li>\n
    • You are open to innovation<\/strong> and proactively participate in the diversity of knowledge sharing. In doing so, you see the benefit of digitization, consultation and collaboration.<\/li>\n
    • You combine communicative, commercial and technical qualities<\/strong> to produce efficient and targeted results.<\/li>\n
    • You work independently and autonomously, but you also value collegiality and teamwork.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
