What does the program of this course look like?

1. Four classroom sessions (= 4 x 3 hrs.), covering:
   1. Background, basic concepts, principles and added value of sustainability;
   2. Develop the sustainability strategy;
   3. Implementation of sustainability strategy;
   4. Follow-up and reporting.
2. One individual session (= 3 h.) on-site at the participant’s company.
